Delivery Policy

Physical goods - clothing and apparel

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY, our payment provider, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods generally via Australia Post within two to three working days after receiving payment; however, if goods are out of stock this process will take a little longer. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order. Delivery of goods usually range between 10 to 20 working days.

Digital delivery - gift vouchers

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY, our payment provider, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your gift vouchers and relevant access codes to your email address or to the provided email address of the gift recipient instantly. You can also choose to have the the gift card mailed (usually by Australia Post) to your nominated address or to the address of the gift recipient.
