MAKING A PURCHASEHow can I order more than one of the same item?
Before adding the item to the cart, increase the quantity to the number you want then click 'Add to Cart'.How can I order the same item in different colours and/or sizes?
Add an item to cart in your chosen colour and size as normal then continue shopping and go back to that item and choose it in another colour and/or size. Repeat this until you have chosen all your items.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and Bank Deposit.
Credit card payments are usually processed immediately. If you don’t feel comfortable using your credit card online then you are welcome to pay via Bank Deposit.
The process for completing your order using this method is the same as if you were paying by credit card except that you would choose the ‘Bank Deposit’ payment method when checking out. We will get notification of this method and after verifying your order we will send you the bank account details so that you can pay for and finalise your order.Is it safe to pay on this website?

When can I expect to receive my order?
POSTAGE & SHIPPING
Please allow 1 to 2 days for us to process your order after payment has been successfully received (time taken to complete a transaction can vary between banks and your chosen payment method and this is not within our control). Your order will usually begin to be processed shortly following receipt of successful payment. Generally, we ask that you allow at least 10 working days for the delivery of your package after processing.
Please note that our business structure and ethos towards sustainable, fairtrade and responsible fashion means that a significant number of products sold by us are made to order by our manufacturers around the world. For this reason shipping times can vary depending on the product and stock availability. But don't worry, we will keep you informed.Do you provide express postage/shipping?
Not currently, but if you need something by a particular date we will try to work with you to expedite shipping times where possible. Please Contact Us to enquire.Will I receive my order in one package if I order from different brands?
If all the products of your order are in stock then we will ship them in one package. If all the products are not in stock then you may receive your order in different packages and the shipping times for each package may vary.
WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONSDo I need to wash my products before wearing?
It is recommended that you wash all clothing items at least once prior to first use.Are there any specified ways to wash the products?
It is recommended to wash all delicate items such as underwear and lingerie by hand. Non-delicate items can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cold or warm wash setting and following any instructions that come with the garments and/or your washing machine.How do I dry and iron the clothing items?
To preserve the colours and longevity of the material, it is recommended that you do not place the items in direct sunlight to dry; dry items under indirect or filtered sunlight, shade or indoors. If you wish to iron any of the products, please have the iron on a warm setting - NOT HOT - especially for delicates. Some items may be ironed with another piece of material placed on top of the item to be ironed, to avoid direct contact with the iron's surface.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL ITEMS AND MATERIALS CAN BE IRONED.
As we sell items made by different brands in different regions, our range of items vary in size. For example, a medium from one brand may not be the same medium in another brand. We understand the importance of choosing an item in the right size. For this reason every product contains a size guide below its description.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you change your mind or just realised that you ordered the product in the wrong size or colour, you have 24 hours to notify us to cancel or make a change for you.
Are all your products always in stock?
Generally yes, either by us or the brands we support. If something is not in stock then you will usually not be able to add that item to cart. We update the inventory database frequently to reflect stock availability. If you happen to order something that is not in stock then we will contact you to let you know and you can change your order or we can refund the amount for the unavailable item/s.
